Observations

- Agent felt well trained by Employee B both in the back and on cash register.
- Infection Control and Sterilization violations were observed in training by Manager 1 and Employees A and D.
- Hand soap empty in employee restroom for 2 full work days.
- Employee D lit up marijuana cigarette on the way to a pizza delivery and offered to Agent.
- Employee D was told by manager to rush a delivery, but stopped at a vape store before delivering the order.
Viable Solutions
- Terminate Employee D.
- Recommend mandatory training in OSHA, Infection Control, and Sterilization immediately for all staff verbally and in writing.
- Advise to correct lighting in the kitchen and add light in the freezer to prevent slips and falls.
- Random drug test for all employees.
- Updating handbook to include up to date infection control standards and drug use policy.
